JoAnn B. Higginbotham has devoted her entire legal career to representing and advocating for individuals in need. Since 1999 JoAnn has successfully represented clients in a wide array of personal injury, wrongful death, and consumer cases.

Though successful with her personal injury practice, JoAnn has turned to assisting clients with Estate Planning, Medicaid Eligibility, and Long-Term Care Planning.

In 2022 Vertical Estate Planning, LLC (VEP) was formed. The formation of VEP allows JoAnn to focus 100% on her first love of assisting others at all Stages of Life.

JoAnn resides in Odenville, Alabama with her husband Jon and her mother-in-law Gloria.
